Located just outside Shanghai, Wuxi is a sprawling city of 5 million people connected by high speed railways, expressways and airport service via Wuxi’s own international airport, or Shanghai’s nearby Pudong International airport. The Wuxi Studio complex is a two phase project with the first phase consisting of the conversion of a former steel plant nearly complete, this includes six sound stages and accompanying office and support space. Tenants are currently taking occupancy and stages accommodating production. Phase two will consist of newly constructed stages and support space scheduled to begin in early 2013.
